Lecker's Organic Grated Orange Zest. Sun-ripened oranges are processed into fine, dried zest and enhanced with organic orange oil, giving them a wonderfully distinctive flavour. The zest adds a fresh, fruity note not only to baked goods, but also to desserts, drinks and savoury dishes.
