BioVegan Organic Vegan Mince

Based on oats, pea and field bean protein

BioVegan Organic Vegan Mince. Whether as a topping, in fillings or sauces: this vegan mince substitute impresses with its authentic umami flavour thanks to smoked shiitake mushrooms and finely balanced spices. With pea and field bean protein, fully flavoured and ready to use. Ideal for bolognese, casseroles or stews.
Preparation:
You need: 
  • 100 ml boiling water 
  • Oil for frying
  1. Pour the contents of the packet into a bowl and add 100 ml boiling water. Stir everything thoroughly and leave the mixture to soak for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 23 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
  3. Add the mince and crumble it evenly into small pieces using a spatula.
  4. Fry the mince until it is browned through and has reached the desired texture.
