You need: 350 ml water (lukewarm)

1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C top and bottom heat.
2. Stir the mixture and the lukewarm water briefly in a bowl.
3. Leave the mixture to soak for 5 minutes. Info: The mixture thickens quickly and firm, but the end result is fluffy bread rolls.
4. With moistened hands, shape the dough into about 8 balls and place on a baking tray baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the balls slightly flatten them so that they are about 2 to 3 cm high.
