Simple application - Tofu scrambled eggs:
You need:
- 1 block of tofu (200 g)
- 200 ml soya drink
- Oil for frying
Preparation:
- Finely crumble the tofu with a fork or your hands.
- Fry lightly over a medium to high heat.
- Deglaze with 200 ml soya drink and simmer until there is no excess liquid left.
- Remove the pan from the heat, add the contents of the sachet, stir and serve.
