BioVegan Organic Like Egg Flavour. With this umami flavouring mix, you can add that certain something to plant-based egg alternatives in your dishes. Suitable for tofu, chickpeas or other plant-based alternatives. A real game changer for vegan cuisine: don't season, transform!
Simple application - Tofu scrambled eggs: 
You need: 
  • 1 block of tofu (200 g)
  • 200 ml soya drink
  • Oil for frying
Preparation:
  1. Finely crumble the tofu with a fork or your hands.
  2. Fry lightly over a medium to high heat.
  3. Deglaze with 200 ml soya drink and simmer until there is no excess liquid left.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat, add the contents of the sachet, stir and serve.
