- 225 ml boiling water
- Oil for frying
- Pour the contents of the packet into a bowl and add 225 ml boiling water. Stir everything thoroughly and then leave the mixture to soak for 15 minutes.

- Heat 23 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
