BioVegan Organic Vegan Mini Frikadelle

Based on oats, pea and field bean protein

BioVegan Organic Vegan Mini Frikadelle. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside: the vegan mini meatballs based on oats, pea and field bean protein deliver pure savoury enjoyment. Full of umami flavour thanks to smoked shiitake mushrooms and harmoniously balanced spices. Simply mix, mould, fry and you're done!
Preparation:
You need: 
  • 225 ml boiling water 
  • Oil for frying
  1. Pour the contents of the packet into a bowl and add 225 ml boiling water. Stir everything thoroughly and then leave the mixture to soak for 15 minutes.
  2. Form 1012 mini meatballs with moistened hands.
  3. Heat 23 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
  4. Fry the mini meatballs on both sides for approx. 4 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
