: Description:
- Prepare fruit of your choice. Preheat the oven to 180 °C with top/bottom heat and grease the springform tin (Ø26 cm).
- Place 1 bag of fruit cake mix in a bowl and mix with the butter, milk and eggs to form a smooth batter.
For the vegan preparation, place 1 bag of baking mix in a bowl with the nut butter, plant-based drink and soya yoghurt and mix into a smooth batter. - Pour the fruit cake batter into the springform tin and smooth out. Then top with the fruit of your choice.
- Bake the cake in the middle of the oven at 180 °C for approx. 45 minutes. The baking time varies depending on the fruit. The manufacturer recommends 45 minutes for an apple cake and 30 minutes for a cherry cake.
