Soyana Organic Nama Tamari. This soya sauce is fermented in cedarwood barrels according to an ancient Japanese tradition, without any wheat and without further heating. "Nama" means raw in Japanese - the sauce remains unpasteurised to preserve its natural properties. The result is a deep, rounded umami flavour, the gold standard amongst soya sauces.
