Lecker's Organic Whipped Cream Stabiliser. Whether for decorating or filling tarts, cakes and pastries, or for enhancing fruit, ice cream or desserts: Whipped Cream Stabiliser gives whipped cream its firmness, without any additives. The recipe consists of just two ingredients: maize starch and icing sugar. Simply stir it into the cream just before you finish whipping it, for cream that holds its shape beautifully.

One sachet (8g) of Lecker’s Organic Cream Stabiliser is sufficient for 200–250 ml of liquid cream.
Sprinkle the contents of the sachet into the chilled cream, stirring constantly. Whip the cream until stiff and chill until ready to serve.

Tip: To prevent your cake base from going soggy when topped with fruit, simply sprinkle it with a little Sahnestark beforehand. Enhance your cream with Bourbon vanilla sugar!
