Bauck Organic Little Wunderbrot Baking Mix, gluten free

For air fryers and ovens

Bauck Organic Little Wunderbrot, gluten free. This baking mix brings the hearty classic in a handy size – just the thing for small households, singles and anyone who wants to bake fresh bread regularly. Thanks to the optimised recipe, it’s quick and easy to prepare in an air fryer. Simply add water, bake, and you’re done.
Add the following ingredients:
200ml lukewarm water
Preparation in the air fryer:
  1. Place the mix in a bowl, add the water, stir with a spoon or dough scraper and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Line the air fryer rack with baking paper.
  2. Once the mixture has soaked, shape the dough into an oval loaf with wet hands and place it on the rack.
  3. Bake the bread in the air fryer’s “Bake” programme at 190°C for approx. 50 minutes. 
  4. For the best crust, turn the loaf over after 25 minutes and remove the baking paper. Then finish baking the loaf on the other side for the remaining 25 minutes. After baking, leave to cool thoroughly on a wire rack before cutting into the small loaf.
Preparation in the oven:
  1. Place the mixture in a bowl and pour 200ml of lukewarm water over it.
  2. Stir briefly with a wooden spoon and leave to soak for about 10 minutes.
  3. With wet hands, shape into a loaf and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 50 minutes. Remove straight from the tin and leave to cool completely before cutting.
