Well, there are really products where you don't notice a difference. Tastes like mayonnaise to me, but seems lighter (not in taste, just in "feeling"). I bought it because my son is vegan (I'm only vegetarian) and from now on I don't need "real" mayo any more. Very very good!

Also es gibt echt Produkte, da merkt man keinen Unterschied. Schmeckt für mich wie Mayonnaise, wirkt aber leichter (nicht im Geschmack, nur im "Gefühl"). Habs gekauft, weil mein Sohn vegan lebt (ich nur vegetarisch) und brauche ab jetzt aber selbst auch keine "echte" Mayo mehr. Sehr sehr gut!
