: Review date:What I would highlight about this spread is that it is really low in calories and carbohydrates for a spread. This is probably because apple puree is one of the main ingredients. It is therefore a good way to cut down on carbohydrates and calories and makes a good light snack with, for example, vegetable sticks.
Was ich bei diesem Aufstrich hervorheben würde: Er hat wirklich wenig Kalorien und Kohlenhydrate für einen Aufstrich. Dies liegt wohl daran, dass Apfelpüree hier eine der Hauptzutaten ist. Eignet sich somit gut zum Kohlenhydrate und Kalorien einsparen und ist ein guter leichter Snack mit beispielsweise Gemüsesticks.
