: Review date:The vegan spread Sendi is a delicious mixture of mustard and dill. When you open the jar, you can already smell the intense scent of mustard (but it doesn't burn your nose). The consistency of the spread is very finely pureed and creamy. The mustard flavour is distinct (but not sharp) and spicy. I like the Sendi spread very much and prefer to eat it on a slice of fresh mixed bread or spread it as a hearty topping on a vegan sausage sandwich. The other spreads from Streich's drauf are also very good. I always have several varieties at home for variety.
Der vegane Brotaufstrich Sendi ist eine leckere Mischung aus Senf und Dill. Beim Öffnen des Glases strömt einem bereits ein intensiver Duft nach Senf entgegen (brennt aber nicht in der Nase). Die Konsistenz des Aufstrichs ist sehr fein püriert und cremig. Der Geschmack nach Senf ist deutlich (aber nicht scharf) und würzig abgeschmeckt. Ich mag den Aufstrich Sendi sehr gerne und esse ihn am liebsten auf einer Scheibe frischem Mischbrot oder streiche ihn als deftiges Topping auf ein veganes „Wurstbrot“. Auch die anderen Aufstriche von Streich´s drauf sind sehr gut gelungen. Ich habe für die Abwechslung immer gleich mehrere Sorten zu Hause.
