I am also pleased that this is one of the vegan spreads without sunflower oil, as I exclude this from my diet due to the bad fatty acid ratio, which starts inflammatory processes in me.
Sehr leckere, vegane Alternative zum bayrischen "Obatzda"... praktische Größe für unterwegs. Habe zwar ein schlechtes Gewissen wegen dem Müll, aber an dieser Stelle überwiegt für mich der praktische Nutzen;-))
Auch freue ich mich, dass dieser zu den veganen Brotaufstrichen ohne Sonnenblumenöl gehört, da ich dieses aufgrund des schlechten Fettsäureverhältnisses, das bei mir Entzündungsprozesse in Gang bringt, aus der Ernährung ausklammere.
