The spread is tasty, but for me there are too few vegetables in it, the main ingredient is sunflower seeds. There are better spreads with a higher vegetable content.

Der Aufstrich ist zwar lecker, aber mir ist zu wenig Gemüse darin, der Hauptbestandteil sind Sonnenblumenkerne. Es gibt bessere Aufstriche mit höherem Gemüseanteil.

The spread is quite hot. If, like me, you don't like spicy food, the intensity will probably be too strong. I find it hard to perceive more than just spiciness, the spread really burns in my throat. It consists of an airy, fluffy, orange cream. Very occasionally, tiny red pieces of peel can be found in it. It's impossible to identify whether it's paprika or tomato. By the way, I mixed the rest of my jar with curd. This softens the spiciness. Nevertheless, the spread is not a repeat purchase for me. There are better products for my taste.

Der Brotaufstrich ist ganz schön hot. Wenn man, wie ich, nicht so gerne scharf isst, wird die Intensität wahrscheinlich schon zu stark sein. Mir fällt es schwer, mehr als nur Schärfe wahrzunehmen, der Aufstrich brennt richtig in meinem Hals. Er besteht aus einer luftigen, fluffigen, orangen Creme. Ganz vereinzelt sind darin winzig rote Stückchen Schale zu finden. Nicht zu identifizieren, ob es sich dabei um Paprika oder Tomate handelt. Ich hab den Rest meines Glases übrigens mit Quark gemischt. Damit wird die Schärfe gemildert. Dennoch ist der Aufstrich für mich kein Nachkaufprodukt. Da gibt es für meinen Geschmack bessere Produkte.
