: Review date:Last week, I ordered Zwergenwiese's onion melt from Violey and was very curious, as I had never tried a vegetarian fat spread before. Unfortunately, after the first few melt-in-the-mouth sandwiches, my verdict was sobering. I think you can eat the onion melt, but I don't necessarily have to buy it again. It tastes mainly of fat and onions. You can't really taste anything of the apples and the various spices. The spread is very bland, it's better chilled than at room temperature. Maybe next time I'll try another type of Zwergenwiese spread.
Habe mir bei Violey letzte Woche den Zwiebelschmelz von Zwergenwiese bestellt und war sehr gespannt, da ich bisher noch nie vegetarischen Fettaufstrich probiert hatte. Nach den ersten Schmelzbroten fällt das Urteil nun leider ernüchternd aus. Ich finde, man kann den Zwiebelschmelz durchaus essen, aber ich muss ihn nicht unbedingt noch einmal kaufen. Der Schmelz schmeckt vor allem nach Fett und Zwiebeln. Von den Äpfeln und den verschiedenen Gewürzen schmeckt man eigentlich gar nichts. Der Aufstrich ist sehr fade, gekühlt ist er besser als bei Zimmertemperatur. Vielleicht probiere ich das nächste Mal lieber noch eine andere Sorte Schmelz von Zwergenwiese aus.

Der Zwiebelschmelz Aufstrich von Zwergenwiese schmeckt sehr lecker. Er ist nicht nur vegetarisch, sondern auch frei von Gluten, Laktose und Cholesterin. Das feine Aroma mild-würziger Zwiebeln und saftigen Äpfeln erinnert mich immer an Abendbrot bei Oma. Ich esse Zwiebelschmelz am liebsten auf kernigem Bauernbrot. Ich finde der deftige Geschmack passt gut zusammen.
