: Review date:A well-matched composition with pieces of almonds, apples and onions! I don't keep the jar in the fridge because I prefer the almond melt to spread easily. I also feel that the flavours come out more strongly then. The vegan version of the Zwergenwiese melting fat is also a bit crunchy (I'm sure it's because of the almonds), which I really like!
Eine gut aufeinander abgestimmte Komposition mit Stückchen von Mandeln, Äpfeln und Zwiebeln! Ich bewahre das Glas nicht im Kühlschrank auf, da ich es lieber mag, wenn sich das Mandelschmelz leicht verstreichen lässt. Auch empfinde ich, dass die Aromen dann stärker zur Geltung kommen. Die vegane Variante zum Schmelzfett von Zwergenwiese ist auch etwas knusprig (liegt bestimmt an den Mandeln), was mir sehr zusagt!

ziemlich lecker, mit "biss", ein genuss auf frischem brot, es reicht auch wenn es nur paar minuten vorher aus dem kühlschrank geholt wird. dann ist es halt etwaa fester, aber mir schmeckt das eh so besser.
