An extremely fruity, dark bar made entirely from cocoa. 75 per cent cocoa content plus 25 per cent dried cocoa pulp – that is, the white flesh of the cocoa pod. Cocoa farmers and their children love this sweet cocoa pulp. With this creation, Zotter translates this fabulous flavour into a very fruity cocoa bar, with an apple-like tartness, lovely chocolatey notes and a long-lasting melt.
