Zotter Organic Yuzu Citrus Chocolate. Part tangerine, part lime with a flavour of sun-ripened tangerines – that’s Yuzu, a top chefs’ trendy ingredient. White chocolate is used with Yuzu juice from Japan, a dash of tangerine and a bit of lemon juice to create a fruity, refreshing chocolate ganache, and all of this is topped with milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.

What a disappointment. A weak, flat citrus flavour. It’s like finding something in a handbag at the back of a cupboard after years and still giving it a go.

Was eine Enttäuschung. Schwacher, flacher Zitrusgeschmack. Wie nach Jahren in einer Handtasche im Schrank entdeckt und trotzdem noch probiert.
