Zotter Organic Yuzu Citrus Chocolate. Part tangerine, part lime with a flavour of sun-ripened tangerines – that’s Yuzu, a top chefs’ trendy ingredient. White chocolate is used with Yuzu juice from Japan, a dash of tangerine and a bit of lemon juice to create a fruity, refreshing chocolate ganache, and all of this is topped with milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
