Zotter Organic White Crisp, vegan. Not too sweet and vegan: a deliciously crunchy filling made from almond brittle and very fine corn flakes in a white chocolate ganache, conjured up from vegan white rice couverture, almond paste and almond oil. The coating is a white rice couverture.
