A veritable dream: a marzipan layer enhanced with orange juice, homemade orange confit made from caramelised orange peel and fine spices on a tender-melting hazelnut praline infused with fragrantly spicy cinnamon. It’s covered in milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
