Zotter Drunter & Drüber Organic Raspberry + Almond. A dreamy couple: on the outside, a pink raspberry couverture created with raspberries and with pure cocoa butter, a subtle raw cane sugar sweetness and a refreshing dash of lemon. And on the inside, a tender-melting, light almond praline, created with freshly roasted almonds, enhanced with rose petals and completed with lots of crunchy bits of almond.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
