Zotter Organic Pumpkin Seeds with Marzipan. A Styrian classic: a layer of tender-melting pumpkin seed praline on a rich green, soft marzipan layer enhanced with liquid pumpkin seed marrow, roasted chopped pumpkin seeds and a generous dash of egg liqueur. It’s covered in a high-percentage milk chocolate with a 60% cacao content.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
