Zotter Organic Peanut Caramel Chocolate. Whole caramelised peanuts in a peanut nougat that is refined with a little white chocolate. On a caramel ganache, conjured up from caramel couverture and caramelised almonds, which are transformed into a nougat. Covered in dark chocolate with a classic 70% cocoa content. A chocolate that would make even Charlie Brown's day.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
