Zotter Light Bulbs Organic Fine Couverture Dark Choco 75% no sugar added¹ . A dark chocolate couverture with an organic sugar substitute and 75% cocoa content. It’s sweetened with an erythritol-based sugar alternative. The chocolate comes in the shape of small lightbulbs and is well suited for baking, making bonbons, tempering chocolate or just as a snack.

Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
