Zotter Light Bulbs Organic Fine Couverture Dark Choco 70% with Maple Sugar. A couverture classic with notes of caramel: a dark chocolate with a classic 70% cacao content, sweetened with maple sugar, an exciting sugar alternative derived from the sap of the maple tree and containing natural notes of caramel. All of that is shaped into sweet little light bulbs that are well suited for baking, bonbon-making, tempering of chocolate or just as a snack.
