Zotter Light Bulbs Organic Fine Couverture Coffee. A coffee couverture with an intense coffee aroma and flavour: roast and grind Arabica coffee beans ourselves are blended with pure cocoa butter, raw cane sugar, mountain milk, a little vanilla and a pinch of salt. This Fine Chocolate Couverture comes in the shape of very handy little light bulbs that make dosage and tempering that much easier.
