Zotter Light Bulbs Organic Fine Couverture Caramel. A couverture that smells and tastes like a caramel bonbon: created by caramelising the milk, adding fine muscovado sugar, which has naturally intense caramel notes and enhancing it with pure cocoa butter and a little cinnamon, salt and genuine vanilla. It comes in the shape of small light bulbs (cut in half). It's well suited for baking, making bonbons, chocolate tempering or even just as a snack.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
