Zotter Organic Easter Toffee. A soft, caramelly toffee centre – the perfect temptation for those with a sweet tooth. This is an elaborate and complex filling, for which we create our own brown butter chocolate out of caramelised butter and milk powder. This brown butter couverture in addition to a caramel couverture, still liquid brown butter, honey and milk produce a seductive, not too sweet toffee layer. The whole thing is coated in delicious milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
