Application:

Melt a bar of Zotter Drinking Chocolate in 0.2 l to 0.3 hot and froth up milk, then stir it well with a chocolate whisk. Give the Drinking Chocolate a little bit of time to develop its flavor. Enjoy it!

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
