Zotter Organic Drinking Chocolate Green Tea. Matcha green tea creates a green organic drinking chocolate with green tea flavour. The recipe includes rice drink instead of milk. With these bars, you will discover a vegan drinking chocolate that does not only taste great when hot, but also cold and, on particularly hot summer days, with ice cubes or crushed ice.

Application:

Melt a bar of Zotter Drinking Chocolate in 0.2 l to 0.3 hot and froth up milk, then stir it well with a chocolate whisk. Give the Drinking Chocolate a little bit of time to develop its flavor.

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
