Melt a bar of Zotter Drinking Chocolate in 0.2 l to 0.3 hot and froth up milk, then stir it well with a chocolate whisk. Give the Drinking Chocolate a little bit of time to develop its flavor.

Ingredients:

Raw cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, rice drink powder* (rice*, sunflower oil*, salt), matcha green tea powder* 3%, thickener: locust bean gum*, emulsifier: lecithin (sunflower)*, rock salt, vanilla powder*

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
