Zotter Organic Drinking Chocolate Chilli Bird's Eye. This dark organic drinking chocolate by Zotter convinces with its high cocoa content. ”Bird's Eye“ chilli lends it a special aroma. Mixed with hot frothed up milk or vegetable drink, the result is a drinking chocolate that also tastes great cold or served with ice cubes especially on hot summer days.

Application:

Melt a bar of Zotter Drinking Chocolate in 0.2 l to 0.3 hot and froth up milk, then stir it well with a chocolate whisk. Give the Drinking Chocolate a little bit of time to develop its flavor.

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
