Application:

Melt a bar of Zotter Drinking Chocolate in 0.2 l to 0.3 hot and froth up milk, then stir it well with a chocolate whisk. Give the Drinking Chocolate a little bit of time to develop its flavor.

This product used to be available in local bioläden. Unfortunately, it’s no longer there, but thankfully Violey still stocks it. It’s absolutely delicious and perfect for warming up after a walk on a cold day in spring, autumn or winter.
