Zotter Organic Drinking Chocolate Arabian Nights. A Drinking Chocolate straight out of a fairy tale with an oriental touch, sweetened with date sugar, which is made from pure ground dates. The basis of this chocolate is a homemade cashew praline enhanced with orange oil, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, turmeric and timut pepper, which isn’t sharp-flavoured but has an exciting citrussy zing. Entirely vegan!

Preparation:
Pour the drinking chocolate into 0.2-0.3 litres of hot or frothed milk, stir well with a whisk after one minute and allow a little time for the flavours to fully develop.

Mixed:
Mix one bar of drinking chocolate with 0.2 or 0.3 litres of hot milk in a tower blender or with a hand blender. Your drinking chocolate smoothie is ready!

Mix until creamy:
Bring 200 ml of milk to the boil in a small saucepan, pour in the drinking chocolate bar and blend with a hand blender. Then bring to the boil briefly and the chocolate smoothie is ready!

Stirred:
Heat 0.2 or 0.3 litres of milk, depending on your taste, and froth it up. Now leave the drinking bar to soak in the milk for 1-2 minutes. Whisk the drinking bar. Leave the drink to rest for another 1-2 minutes so that the flavours can develop. Whisk again and enjoy!

Cool - drinking chocolate on ice:
Prepare drinking chocolate "normally", leave to cool in the fridge and serve with ice cubes or crushed ice.

Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
