Zotter Organic Drinking Chocolate 100% Cocoa. The cocoa power drink for anyone who wants to experience the pure power of cocoa. It is not for nothing that theobroma cacao is popularly known as ‘the food of the gods’, as cocoa has been blessed by nature with a wealth of flavours. It can be traditionally and ritually frothed with hot water as drinking chocolate, as is customary in Latin America, or refined with milk, plant-based drinks, maple syrup, honey or other sugary flavours to suit your own taste. Completely individual, just the way you like it! Pure chocolate freedom!

Preparation:

Heat and froth 100 to 300 ml of milk or a vegan drink.
Allow the drink bar to soak in the liquid for 1-2 minutes.
Whisk the drink bar.
Leave the drink to rest for another 1-2 minutes so that the flavours can develop.
Whisk again and enjoy!

You can also sweeten the drink to your own taste with sugar, maple syrup, honey or other sugary flavours.

Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
