Zotter Organic Drinking Almond Praline. A tender almond praline paired with white chocolate and a little milk choc make for a nutty-sweet chocolate drink. This organic drinking chocolate is frothed up with hot milk. However, it also taste great cold or on hot summer days with ice cubes or crushed ice.

Melt a bar of Zotter Drinking Chocolate in 0.2 l to 0.3 hot and froth up milk, then stir it well with a chocolate whisk. Give the Drinking Chocolate a little bit of time to develop its flavor.

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
