Dark milk chocolate with curd cream, almond nougat and biscuit pieces

Zotter Wonderful Christmas. A milk chocolate with 50% cocoa content, filled with a crunchy biscuit almond nougat layer with gingerbread flavour and a soft cheesecake ganache made from curd cheese, white chocolate, almond nougat, yoghurt couverture, a dash of lemon and a hint of vanilla. A wafer-thin layer of blueberry couverture is spread between the two layers. Made from real blueberries that are still blue in colour.
