Vanilla clouds to savour: A soft white chocolate mousse underneath, made from white chocolate and frothy stirred butter, rounded off with a dash of orange juice. On top is a vanilla cream made from real vanilla, white chocolate, cream, milk and a pinch of salt. Pleasantly sweet and fabulously melting. Covered in white chocolate.
