Zotter Organic Whisky + Caramel + Pecan Chocolate. The soul food chocolate: inspired by the popular American pecan pie. A delicious pecan praline enhanced with lots of little bits of pecan nuts caramelised in maple sugar. Underneath, a sweet whisky ganache created from a sweet caramel couverture and some whisky. Covered all over in dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content.
