Zotter Organic Chocolate Wafer Brittle. Super crispy and melt-in-the-mouth: hazelnut nougat with lots of crunchy, crispy wafer brittle crackles when you eat it. Covered in a wafer-thin layer of 40% milk chocolate and coated in milk chocolate with a hefty 60% cocoa content.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
