Zotter Servus aus Salzburg Organic Chocolate. The souvenir chocolate with a portrait of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, the most famous Salzburg native of all time. A delicately melting hazelnut nougat with lots of crispy, crunchy wafer brittle crackles as you savour it. Covered in a wafer-thin layer of 40% milk chocolate and coated in milk chocolate with a hefty 60% cocoa content. A chocolate that is so crunchy you can hear it.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
