Zotter Organic Cranberry Chocolate. A layer of mascarpone enhanced with almond praline, white chocolate and genuine Bourbon vanilla, with a second, intense coffee chocolate layer made from dark chocolate, a coffee couverture, freshly ground Zotter coffee from our in-house roastery and a generous dash of rum, coated top and bottom with a wafer-thin coffee couverture and covered all over in a fine milk chocolate coat with a 50% cocoa content.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
