Zotter Organic Chocolate Tanzania Cocoa Safari. The basis of this expressive and varied creation is a melt-in-the-mouth milk chocolate ganache. A layer of cashew nougat is rounded off with lemony, spicy Timut pepper, while pieces of passion fruit and caramel flakes flavoured with Cumeo pepper provide the crunchy effect. Cumeo pepper is an exceptional pepper from the Himalayas, also known as grapefruit pepper, because it has an intense flavour of grapefruit, lemon and lime. Coated in classic dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content.
