Zotter Organic Tangerine Tonka Caramel Chocolate. A soft vegan caramel layer made from baked white rice couverture. Then there is coconut, a hint of almond nougat, tingling timut pepper and the fantastically fragrant tonka beans. Then a wafer-thin layer of dark chocolate and a fruity mandarin marzipan underneath. The coating is dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content. Completely vegan and delicious!

Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
