Zotter Organic Tangerine Matcha Coconut Chocolate, vegan. Noble Bitter Chocolate filled with tangerine jelly (21%), green tea ganache (17%) and coconut praline (17%). Three stages of deliciousness: a very fruity tangerine jelly on a coconut praline, crispily enhanced with some caramelised coconut flakes. Topped by a green matcha layer created with a mix of white soy couverture and green tea. Excitingly different and not too sweet, with a dark chocolate coat boasting a 70% cacao content.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
