Zotter Stone Pine & Cranberry Organic Chocolate. "The Queen of the Alps", that’s the stone pine. Stone pine schnapps is an old mountain cabin classic, which subsequently infuses a dark chocolate ganache as a darkly boozy stone pine schnapps. It’s combined with a thin, fruity-tangy cranberry layer and coated with a dark chocolate. Entirely vegan.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
