Alongside a lovely touch of coconut, a hint of almond praline and some wonderfully fragrant tonka beans. Covered in delicious dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
