Zotter Chocolate makes you happy. Pure chocolate bliss: a soft toffee layer with a pinch of salt meets a wonderfully melting almond nougat layer, which is refined with a little dark chocolate and salt crystals. The trick is that the salt softens the sweetness, which is why the salted caramel tastes so harmonious - an acrobatic balance between sweet and savoury. Coated in a wafer-thin layer of milk chocolate and finally covered in dark fine chocolate with a 70% cocoa content.
