Zotter Saffron and Pistachios, contains alcohol. Handpicked becomes hand-scooped. A saffron ganache which makes us once again believe in miracles is created out of the stigmas of the crocus saffron, the most expensive spice in the world. Spread onto home-made pistachio marzipan and surrounded twice by a milk couverture with 40% of cocoa.

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
