Zotter Organic Chocolate Rum Coconut. A tropical dream: a cool, vegan chocolate. Brown rum is creating some chill vibes in a deliciously dark chocolate ganache. A light coconut layer made from almond praline, coconut couverture, coconut milk, a dash of pineapple juice and some crunchy coconut flakes makes for a fitting accompaniment. It’s coated in more dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content. Tropical & vegan!

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.

Store dry and protected from heat at 16-18°C.
